Robert Kaetzel is the President of Real Estate Professionals, Inc.
and leads a company of over sixty real estate licensees as the licensed
broker. Before the real estate business, Robert worked at various
jobs including grocery and deli clerk positions at Mars Supermarkets
for seven years. After receiving his real estate salesperson license
in 1995, Robert affiliated with Long & Foster Real Estate. He
was also affiliated with RE/MAX Elite Realty for nearly four years.
Robert created Real Estate Professionals, Inc. in 2002 so that real
estate agents could receive 100% of the commission from their sales.
Robert is passionate about assisting the agents affiliated with
Real Estate Professionals, Inc. He enjoys providing advice, support
and leadership to help each agent create their own professional
and profitable real estate practice. Many of the agents that Robert
has worked with earn $150,000.00, $200,000.00 yearly and more from
selling real estate. Those that aren’t earning at that level
have personal real estate goals that they are working toward.
Robert
has worked in many specialty areas of the real estate business including,
commercial real estate, first time home buyers, REO and foreclosed
property and real estate auctions. Robert is a certified real estate
auctioneer and maintains an auctioneer license in Baltimore County.
During the four year period 2001-2004, Robert personally settled
over 400 transaction sides which enabled him to have a high income
while still having time to enjoy life. What allowed him to sell
so many more homes than most real estate agents was Robert’s
infatuation with marketing. He is a student of the real estate business,
an expert in direct response advertising and a skilled copywriter.
All of his skills in advertising and marketing were honed from self
study and personal experience. Robert is proud to lack a formal
college education opting instead to follow the example of Abraham
Lincoln by educating himself.
Robert enjoys traveling and is a certified scuba diver. He enjoys
reading, photography and listening to audio books and music. Robert
owns and invests in residential and commercial real estate and has
a strong interest in history, politics and current affairs. He lives
in Kingsville, MD with his wife, Jennifer, daughter, Sydney and
son, George.
